Order Cancellation
Orders placed on RapidBazzar cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are processed immediately for quick delivery.

Damaged or Missing Products
If any product is damaged, spilled, leaked, or missing during delivery, please inspect your order and report the issue to our customer support immediately.

Only the affected product(s) will be considered for refund after verification. The remaining items in the order will not be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not processed automatically. If your request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed manually by the RapidBazzar administration team.

To request a refund, please provide:
• Order ID
• Details of the affected product(s)
• Photos of the damaged product(s), if requested.

Refunds are not applicable for order cancellations, change of mind, customer-caused damage, or unverifiable claims.
